SUMMER POOL HOURS

Please come and enjoy the pool this summer. It is a great way to beat the heat. Remember you must have your pool pass. Passes can be purchased at the CAM office in Humble. HOA dues must be up to date to obtain a pool pass.

SCHEDULE Open from May 28th to September 5th Tuesday – Saturday: 12pm to 7pm Sunday: 1pm to 7pm The pool will be closed every Monday except for holidays for maintenance.

ATASCOCITA FOREST RECIPES OF THE FOREST FAJITA CHICKEN TACO SALAD By: Elizabeth Trujillo

INGREDIENTS Lime Juice, 1 tbsp Green Bell Peppers, 1/2 cup, Garlic, 1 clove minced chopped Black Pepper, 1 tsp Cheddar Cheese 3/4 cup, shredded Cayenne Pepper, 1/2 tsp Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1/2 cup, Boneless Chicken Breast, 1 1/2 chopped Romaine Lettuce, 4 cups, shredded *Tostitos Light Tortilla Chips, 4 ozs Canned Pinto Beans, 1 1/2 cups *Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild, 6 tbsp Onions, raw, 1/2scup, chopped *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp. DIRECTIONS

In a bowl combine Lime Juice, Garlic, Pepper, and Cayenne and stir together. Cut raw chicken into 1 1/2 inch chunks. Fold into Marinade and let sit for at least an hour in fridge. While that is chilling, cut up veggies and set aside. After chicken has been marinade drain off liquid. In a sauté pan put 2 tbsp. of canola oil. When the oil sizzles a little add onions and bell pepper. Stir and cook until a little brown and translucent. Stir in Chicken and cook until brown. Let cool a bit. Rinse beans in a strainer. On 4 plates arrange chips, lettuce, tomatoes, beans and chicken mixture. To top it off with cheese and salsa. Yummy! Sometimes I add low fat sour cream and black olives. It is against the law to have dogs off leash. Just because your dog is small or cute or friendly, does not mean that it gets a pass on the law. Chronic dog barking is considered a nuisance and is a violation of state law. Also, remember, if it is too cold or too hot outside for you, the same is true for your pets. I have also noticed that people walk their dogs, allow their dogs to use someone elseâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s yard as a bathroom, and fail to pick up after their dog. Please be a responsible pet owner and cleanup after your pet.
