KLEINWOOD 11th Annual Bearkat Bash 5K Walk/Run – September 22

The 11th Annual Bearkat Bash 5K Walk/Run will take place at Klein High School Saturday, September 22, 2012. Klein High School is located at 16715 Stuebner Airline Drive, Klein, TX 77379. A 1K Kids run will begin at 7:45 a.m. and the all ages 5K Run/Walk will begin at 8:00 a.m. Registration information can be found online at http://www.bearkatbash.com.

Exchange Student

he Center for Cultural Interchange, a non profit educational organization, is reaching out to the community looking for volunteers to host a foreign exchange student for this fall school year. The students are 15-18 from over 60 countries and arrive in late August 2012 until June 2013. The students come medically insured and bring their own spending money. Have you ever thought about traveling to another country but don’t have the funds... volunteer to have a student from another country come and stay with you!
