Santa Ride
Saturday, December 15th - 2:00 p.m. You better be good for goodness sake, because Santa is coming. He will be riding on a fire truck through our subdivision on Saturday December 15th at 2 PM ! Come meet Santa at the park at 1 pm before the ride. Following Santa’s Ride, he will be available for pictures at the Pool Area. Please note: We offer our sincere apologies, but the fire truck will not be going down any cul-de-sac streets. It is very hard to maneuver the truck around.

The Tomball Memorial Choir Booster Club is selling subscriptions for US flags this year. This is the second year for this fundraising service for the Tomball Memorial Choir Booster Club. For $36, Choir members will place the US flag in front of your yard on six selected National Holidays*. This is a service that shows our patriotism and support for the Tomball Memorial High School Choir. Money earned will help support the Tomball Memorial Choir for many of their endeavors this year. Lakewood Grove Northwest Flyers Youth Track Club Registration on February 2nd The Northwest Flyers Youth Track Club will celebrate its 26th Anniversary Season by hosting its annual free information / registration breakfast on Saturday, February 2nd, 2013, for all boys, girls and their parents who are interested in joining for the 2013 track season. The breakfast starts promptly at 8:30 AM at the Cypress Creek Christian Community Center Forum located at 6823 Cypresswood Dr., Spring, TX, 77379. The free breakfast is the opportunity for youth athletes to register for the club’s 2013 spring/summer track season, and to meet the Northwest Flyers coaches, staff, and other new and returning athletes. The event will be highlighted by a special presentation from a member of the USA Track & Field Olympic organization. All new parents and athletes interested in joining the Northwest Flyers must attend. The Northwest Flyers Track Club is a youth (ages 6 -18) track club, affiliated with USA Track & Field (USATF), that provides a full program of sanctioned “track” events such as sprints, hurdles,
middle distance, distance and relays, and sanctioned “field” events such as long jump, triple jump, high jump, pole vault, shot put, discus and javelin. The Northwest Flyers has approximately 285 members. The club was founded 26 years ago by Olympic gold medalist Fred Newhouse to foster the development of youth track & field in the Northwest Houston area. The Northwest Flyers is a member of the “Win with Integrity” program, a partnership between USATF and the American College of Sports Medicine. “Win with Integrity” brings elite track & field athletes and school-aged kids together to promote healthy lifestyles, keeping active, and living with integrity through the sport of track & field. The Tomball Memorial Athletic Booster Club is the ALL sports booster club for the newest addition to the Tomball ISD, Tomball Memorial High School. The sole purpose of the TMABC is to assist, promote and help support ALL athletic teams and athletic programs at TMHS. We honor all TMHS athletes with annual recognition events, provide scholarships for senior athletes of current Family/ Individual members, and supplement the athletic department budget by helping coaches purchase "wish list" items. This is NOT your ordinary golf tournament! Golfers will enjoy 18 holes on Gleannloch Pines well-manicured fairways, participating in contests for long-drive contests, hole-in-one on all par 3’s, and our special Wildcat Hole. We’ll even help you shave a stroke at the buy-a-drive hole! Gamers will experience a double elimination NCAA style basketball tournament delivered by CurbGames.com using the latest Xbox console. These 2 player teams will go head-to-head vying for the top three spots. There will also be hourly golf lessons and free games as you wait for your next challenger.
