In the next few weeks you will see a lot of activity at the Clubhouse and Swimming Pool area. We will be updating the Pool deck and repairing the inside and pool side rest rooms. The board reviewed several proposals and came up with a great option of installing three Pergolas’ and removing the old worn deck and fencing in the pool area. The pool resurfacing is already complete. We look forward to having all work completed before the pool opens. Please watch for the updates and come join us in the Spring to enjoy your new pool area. Here is a sample of what our Pergola will look like.
