Over the last year, home values have continued to rise, even though the typical days on market is 90+ days for resale. New home sales have picked up dramatically over the past month, with five pending since the

New Year. Only 2% of the homes in Rocky Creek are resale. New home sales make up almost 6% of the available market. The overall trend since March is showing an increase in value and decline in days on market.

Lake Travis High School Project Graduation What is Project Graduation?

Graduation is a right of passage for our Seniors, a night to be proud, To celebrate past achievements, and to look forward to their future. Graduates celebrate all night, with adult supervision, in a drug and alcohol free environment of fun-filled activities. Project Graduation is a yearlong program sponsoring approved Senior events including an All Night Lock-In following the Senior Graduation Ceremony. Project Graduation depends solely on funds raised from generous local businesses, student organizations, parents and several fundraising activities. Immediately Following the LTHS Graduation Ceremony, the graduates are transported by bus to a safe alternative to “Party Hopping” and it gives parents peace of mind knowing their son or daughter is celebrating in a safe, yet fun environment supervised by adults. It provides the graduating Seniors the opportunity to share with their classmates an all-night celebration of activities consisting of music, dancing, food, fun, games, and prizes. As a resident in Rocky Creek, we wanted to inform you that FirstService Residential Association Representatives and Community Vendors visit your property to perform their roles within the community. At times, these visits may be at odd times of the day or evenings (i.e. at night for an irrigation leak). If you ever see anyone in the community that is suspicious to you, call 911 immediately. Please do not engage with a suspicious person on your own. Most vendors will drive vehicles that are noticeably marked with the company logo, but not always, especially when addressing after-hours emergencies. Directly approaching any vehicle driven by someone you do not know is a safety risk, therefore we discourage you from doing so. If you have any questions about your community, or this memo, we encourage you to contact us directly at 512.266.6771.
