Dust off your lederhosen! It’s time once again for the annual LOE Oktoberfest. The LOE Social Committee will be hosting an adult beer tasting on Friday, October 15th at 6:30 pm on the clubhouse patio. Meet and greet your neighbors for a fun-filled, adult social with ales from local breweries. Food trucks will be on site for your dining pleasure. Prost!

LOE CLUBHOUSE RENTALS Clubhouse inquiries for rentals are handled by FSR. Please review the Clubhouse Rental Agreement found on the Resources tab at www.lakesoneldridge.net. To inquire about availability or other information, please email contactus.tx@fsresidential.com with LOE Clubhouse in the subject line and include information about your proposed dates, type of event, number of guests, etc. Email inquiries are preferred over phone call inquiries due to the time needed to address your inquiry. 2

Highlights • Launched new initiative to remove all pear trees near sidewalks. We’ve had a number of big pear tree limbs fall lately and decided to accelerate removal of these trees for safety reasons. Our common area pear trees are 20+ years old, at the end of their normal life span, and becoming increasingly dangerous. Pear trees next to roadways will also need to be removed in the next year or so. • Covered most all of the dirt spots along our major thoroughfares sod. So far 40 pallets of new St. Augustine grass have been installed. Also, new Ginger beds on Lakeshore Ridge and Indigo Falls have been installed to cover additional bare spots. • Installed new shelf in Flex Room closet and stocked the closet with cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner for all users who are required to clean the Flex Room before they depart. Please do your part to keep this room clean for users that follow you. • Replaced outdated Clubhouse security system with new user friendly system for managing Fob ownership and Fob operated door locks. • Replaced batteries in Clubhouse hand sanitizers that were not functioning Copyright © 2021 Peel, Inc.
