Peter Cottontail is coming to Fairfield on April 9th, and you have Boutwell Properties to thank for arranging this exciting event! What's more, the Easter Bunny has gone high tech. As he drives through our community, families will have a chance to participate in the season's festivities by tracking which neighborhood he is in and where he will be traveling next on an app posted on their Facebook Page @ TheBoutwellTeam. If Boutwell Properties sounds familiar to you, there is a good reason. For over 20 years, Dan andv Cindy Boutwell have devoted themselves to serving the Greater Houston real estate market, specifically in northwest Houston. Over two years ago, they decided with their experience, expertise, contacts, and winning reputation, the time was right to venture out on their own and establish Boutwell Properties. The Boutwells are one out of eighteen – less than 1% in all Houston Real Estate Professionals (44,767) – to win the Five Star Award for Real Estate Professionals for six consecutive years based on client satisfaction. The Boutwell Team's mission statement is: "To enhance the quality of life for our customers and community for generations to come." The Boutwell Team has thirteen agents, three of which reside in Fairfield. As a multimillion-dollar producing firm with over 100 transactions annually, The Boutwell Team is looking forward to continued success in the Cypress area. Look for their red cardinal mascot 'Reddy' in all their listings. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT IN FAIRFIELD

Cindy, a former resident, built the 250th house in Fairfield! During her residency in Fairfield, she was deeply ensconced in the activities that benefited the community, presiding over Fairfield Women's Club as President and serving as a Girl Scout leader for two Fairfield troops. In its infancy, she worked with the Fairfield YMCA (now the Fairfield Athletic Center) to participate in the planning of community parks. Over the years, The Boutwell Team has continued to represent a viable presence supporting the community in the following ways:

• Keith Elementary Sock Hop – They are sponsors for the event and have run the photo booth for several years, just recently adding a magician to their spinning wheel of prizes. • Giant Pumpkin Contests at Ault, Swenke, and Keith Elementary Schools (originally a Fairfield contest held at the Fairfield Athletic Center) – They decided to help the schools with the growth of Fairfield. The competition has fun math questions for kids to solve. • Annual July 4th Parade – Always look for their signature red convertible car! (Fun Fact: Cindy used to help organize the parade back in the late 1990s!) • Fairfield Sports Association – They have an Opening Day booth and are team sponsors. • Santa Claus & Mrs. Claus Drive-By during Covid • Easter Bunny Drive Around – The Boutwell Team brought the Easter Bunny to Fairfield the 1st year Covid hit and took Easter Bunny photos with hundreds of kids. • Cereal Drive during Covid – The Boutwell Team volunteered with Cy-Fair Helping Hands to gather cereal boxes for their food pantry. • Teacher appreciation lunches and treats are provided yearly by the Boutwell Team. • Giant Pumpkin Contest at Andy's Kitchen – They picked several area businesses to help during Covid; Andy's Kitchen was one of them. • Cy-Fair Helping Hands – Donated $10,000 to Cy-Fair Helping Hands from their listings in 2021. You have likely run into some Fairfield residents who work with The Boutwell Team. If not, let me introduce you to three local agents: Emily McHugh – Fairfield Resident and Agent "I love living the Fairfield life! I'm Emily McHugh, wife and mother of three boys. Seven years ago, my family and I moved to Fairfield to capitalize on the highlyranked neighborhood schools. When we first moved here, all that was at the front of Fairfield was Kroger, HEB, and the outlets. Everything is literally at our fingertips now, from restaurants and shopping to hospitals and churches. There isn't a need to leave our Fairfield bubble. And now, since the Grand Parkway is open, I can get to either Katy or The Woodlands in under 25 minutes." That's a convenience you can't put a price on, especially being a realtor. Nathan Lalonde – Fairfield Resident and Agent "I moved into Fairfield in 1989 and we were one of the first 200 homes in the neighborhood. I've had the opportunity to watch Fairfield grow and develop over 32 years and, in my opinion, I feel there's no neighborhood like it. Many families that were original homeowners in the late '80s are still in the area and have kids that have settled in the community, adding to the feeling that it's one big family. I love being a realtor in this neighborhood and showing our community to people looking to purchase a home." Clayton Stiba – Fairfield Resident and Agent "My wife and I moved to Fairfield 10 years ago and loved the family-friendly design of Fairfield, the excellent schools, and how easy it is to get around in the neighborhood. Additionally, there was so much more that the community provided to its residents including kids' sports and other activities. What an amazing place to call home!"
