Welcome to Palais de Jade, The place where you can enjoy a variety of well-selected and well-prepared authentic Chinese cuisine which we have chosen from the best of Cantonese, Mandarin, and Szechuan dishes. Our experienced chefs who have earned the privilege of presenting their unique talents in Hong Kong are here to cater you with such extravagant gourmet-dishes as Sauteed Black Mushroom with Baby Bok Choy, General’s Chicken, Five-Taste Shrimp, Steamed Stuffed Bean Cake. Furthermore, having realized the health consciousness of the general public, our cuisine is prepared free of any preservatives, additives or artificial flavors.
