PELLENC is awarded for its innovation by the Ministry of the Environment

Since its inception in 1973, the PELLENC Group has based its development on a policy of constant innovation in order to anticipate changes in its markets and offer customers increasingly efficient products. A forerunner when it comes to lithium-ion technology and high efficiency "Brushless" motors, PELLENC has established itself in the "Zero Emission" professional power tools market. This was recognised by the "Large Enterprise Award" given to PELENC in 2014 by the Ministry of the Environment. The mastery acquired thanks to more than 10 years of experience with these technologies has enabled PELLENC to develop the most comprehensive range on the market making it a reference in terms of performance, acquired, lightness and durability. 2015 marks a turning point for PELLENC with the arrival of several new features, including our first mower, the RASION Basic, remarkable for its speed, lightness and ease of driving, thanks to the centralisation of its electrical controls. PELLENC is also presenting its new pruner, the Selion C21HD, which will replace the C20 model, incorporates improvements to further enhance its performance and durability. Another new product, the HELION 2 Compact will replace HELION Universal, offering superior capabilities that make it possible for both pruning as well as finishing work with the same tool. Finally, the new CITY CUT with counter-rotating blades, completes the range of cutting heads for the EXCELION 2000. It was developed for carrying out weeding in urban areas and meets the requirements of the "Zero Phyto" charter. PELLENC is aware of the changing demands of professionals. As such, it is also continuing to expand its service offering with its "Full Service" contracts. WARRANTY

TRAINING PELLENC S.A. is an approved provider of technical training to its dealers. Product training is provided by the company. The technicians at dealers that make up our network, come to our premises for training technologies our tools and receive the authorisation to carry out repairs.

PELLENC grants its end customers a free one-year warranty on parts and labour. This warranty is valid for three years for electric pruning shear motors and batteries (wear parts not included, see warranty terms available at your dealer). Moreover, original PELLENC spare parts are guaranteed for a year (excluding labour). Thanks to our distribution network, PELLENC avoids tool downtime at the time of a warranty claim. Dealers have been trained for this purpose and have a stock of spare parts in order to respond quickly to customer needs and any possible repairs.

"QUICK CHARGER"

Once the battery is completely discharged, the tool stops automatically and the battery buzzer beeps intermittently. The standard charger, supplied with the battery (1.2 A charger for 200, 400 and Poly 5 batteries and 2.2 A charger for 700 and 1100 batteries) can then recharge your battery over a variable period. The charge time depends on the battery level, the charging environment (dry and ventilated area, protected from dust and with a temperature of between 10째C and 25째C) and the age of your battery. The standard charger comes standard with the battery and harness. Before using the battery for the first time at the start of a new season, it must be fully charged (99% steady capacity).

The quick charger will help boost battery charging. For improved durability of the batteries, PELLENC strongly recommends performing a conventional charge (with the standard charger) after,every five quick charges. With the rapid charger, the charging time of the 700 and 1100 batteries is reduced by an average of 4 hours, keeping in mind that after 1.5 hours to 2 hours, the capacity has already reached 70%. The Quick Charger is available as an option.

I have a Helion hedge trimmer, a Selion pruner, a Treelion M45 and the 200, Poly 5 and 1100 batteries. The pruning quality of the Treelion M45 is very good, the tool is light and after 8 hours of use, I don't feel tired. With these tools, I lose less time managing consumable, and making adjustments. With a tank full of oil, I can work a full day with the Selion m45. In addition to the fuel economy, I do not breathe any exhaust and noise is minimised.
