MAINTENANCE

The network of authorised PELLENC distributors is authorised to repair PELLENC machines. The technicians in this network have been trained by the PELLENC training organisation. Maintenance carried out in accordance with PELLENC recommendations ensures the machine’s longevity and optimised productivity.

OUR ORIGINAL CERTIFIED PARTS: AVAILABLE AND DURABLE

To get the best performance and longest service life from your PELLENC equipment—as well as warranty coverage— original certified PELLENC replacement parts must be used. This ensures optimal use of your equipment. Your authorised dealer is in direct contact with our replacement parts team.

WARRANTY

PELLENC offers you a 1- to 2-year manufacturer's warranty for parts and labour (excluding wear parts) on your machines, equipment, and battery power tools. An extended warranty of up to 5 years, depending on the product, can be offered in addition to the manufacturer's warranty. Implementation of the warranty is subject to the use of certified original PELLENC parts when carrying out maintenance of the equipment and compliance with PELLENC's maintenance recommendations.
