There will be sale-day signs at Hwy 85, east bypass of Hwy 23 and at 120th Ave. Navigation works most of the time, if you type in our address. THE RANCH IS SOUTHEAST OF WATFORD CITY.

DRIVING FROM WEST, NORTH OR SOUTH

You will want to take US Highway 85 until you come to the County Road 37 intersection. Once on County

Road 37 you will drive 7.8 miles to 120th Ave.

The intersection is on a curve with an old school house and you should see a sign as well. You will be turning off pavement at 120th Ave and you will stay on the gravel and scoria road for 3 miles until you arrive at the sale location.

DRIVING FROM THE EAST

You will be driving in on Highway 23 take the

Watford City Bypass.

Once on the bypass you will take the first left turn onto 26th F for just a few feet. You need to quickly turn right onto County

Rd 37. Stay on County

Rd 37 for 7.5 miles until you get to 120th Ave. You will see signs and an old school house by the curve intersection. You will now be on a gravel and scoria for the next 3 miles to the sale location.
