We’ve had a strong first half of 2024 with sales increasing in Winkler & Morden & a slight decrease in Altona but overall, 2023 & 2024 have been similar.
The average sale prices in Winkler & Morden stayed very similar with just slight increases. However, Altona has seen a fairly substantial increase of over 14%! It’s great to see a smaller Market like Altona experience such a large increase.
Each price point is its own individual market with its own set of buyers, sellers, & levels of demand. Lately, lower priced homes have been a hot commodity & typically sell faster than more expensive houses. With few homes on the market across price points, when a house gets listed it typically doesn’t take long to find the right buyer.
