Your personal wedding specialist can helpyou with more than just the main event. We are here to make your planning as easy and as seamless as possible. We have great menus to choose from for each of your wedding events. You can create a custom menu that includes those special items like your favorite family recipes for the engagement party, you could recreate the meal from your first date for the rehearsal dinner or have a great family style affair to get everyone talking at one big table. While you and the girls are lounging in Spa950 with a great luncheon on our patio for the bridesmaids luncheon, don’t forget about the guys. Our on site concierge can arrange an amazing golf outing or fishing trip for the groomsmen. But do remember to send them away with some sun block from our gift shop!

This 3,300 square foot full service spa features 5 treatment rooms, each with custom state of the art sound system, a couples suite and steam room. The salon offers an unsurpassed level of pampering. You can rest assure that you will be delighted with your final look. A team of professional hair stylists, nail technicians and make up artists focus on your unique features and desired results. Spa950 invites you to experience the finest spa treatment selections for extraordinary results and heavenly indulgences. From your bridesmaid luncheon manis, to the day of up do, to the day after couples massage, Spa950 will make sure that you are taken care the way a bride should be!
Additional Wedding Information Beach Ceremony
The client is responsible for securing their ceremony permit with the City of Deerfield Beach. Should you have questions regarding your beach ceremony permit, please contact the City of Deerfield Beach at 954-480-4433. Your wedding specialist can assist with ceremony chair rental.
Parking
Client may make payment arrangements for parking in advance or guests can be charged individually. If you would like to prepay for self parking, $2.50 per guest based on your final guest count will be added to your final bill. If guests are paying on their own, valet is $14 per car and self parking is $10 per car.
Initial Deposit & Payment Schedule
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the anticipated food & beverage revenue will be required along with a signed contract and credit card authorization form in order to secure your date. Your contract will outline the additional payment schedule.
Final Payment
The final balance and your final guest count must be received no later than 7 working days prior to the event, if paying by credit card, cashier’s check or money order. If paying with a personal check payment must be received 14 days prior to the event date. A credit card authorization must be completed with all signed contracts even if deposits and payments will be made with check or cash. The credit card on file will be pre-authorized for a minimum of $500.00 for any charges that may occur the day of the event. If a balance remains after the function this amount will be billed to the credit card on file.
Menu Selection
Two entrees can be selected in lieu of the duet entrée with the plated meal option. If two entrees are selected, selections must be given to your catering manager two weeks prior to the event, each guest’s place card must be clearly marked with the guest’s entrée selection and a listing of entrée selections by table must be submitted to your wedding specialist at least 3 days prior to the reception.
Any special dietary requests or allergies should be communicated to your catering manager at least 10 days before the event. Meals for children under 12 are available for $35, children under 3 are complimentary and vendor meals are available for $35.
Service Charge and Taxes
All food and beverage related charges are subject to a 12% gratuity, 10% service charge and 6% sales tax. The gratuity and service charge are taxable items in accordance with the State of Florida Department of Revenue.
Room Blocks
Guest suites are available at a reduced rate for your guests, based on hotel availability. There are several different options to providing these special rates so please speak with your wedding specialist to find out which option works best for your wedding. 14
