Happy Independence Day to all! Summer is officially on, and we have a spectacular line-up of resident-exclusive events, including live music by the pool, fitness classes and social activities. Make sure you check out the Social Happenings to see all the great events Jenniffer has planned. What would summer be without a nice breezy bike ride? Whether you’re up for a cruise down A1A or just want to pedal around Downtown, we’ve got you covered with our brand new beachcomber bikes! Residents can check one out (at no cost) and enjoy another day in paradise. These beachcomber bikes are a great addition to all of the amenities here at 101, and we know you are eager to start putting them to use! Reservation details will soon follow. More good news: we now have a Courtesy Officer on-site. Riccardo Aime, a law enforcement officer with Palm Beach County’s Sheriff’s Office, will be assisting our office in addressing specific resident concerns.
