Dear Residents, Throughout my first few weeks here at 101 Via Mizner it has been a pleasure to see residents getting to know each other and I am impressed by the unique sense of community we have. Many thanks to the residents that joined us in the Clubroom to cheer on their team at our Super Bowl Party. Congratulations to the Philadelphia Eagles who defeated the formidable New England Patriots 41-33! I hope you will join us for the many activities and events Jenniffer has planned for March, including a Neighborhood Meet & Greet with TESLA test drives, and Trivia Night, which will be held the first Monday of every month. This month we look forward to introducing our parking program, which will offer residents many benefits including reserved spaces and valet options. Additional information will be provided in the coming weeks. As a reminder, residents are currently required to park on Levels 3 and 4. This month’s Community Spotlight is a must read! It’s a feature on Via Mizner and our future sister towers coming soon - Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Residences. You’ll see that demolition is starting to make way for the construction of Mandarin Oriental, Boca Raton, the City’s first new five-star hotel experience in more than a decade. It doesn’t get much more exciting than that! As a friendly reminder, with our neighbors just a few feet away, I kindly ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum after 10:00pm. MEET THE TEAM NEIL POKHOY Chief Engineer We are excited to welcome our new Chief Engineer, Neil! Neil brings over 20 years of experience in luxury hotels and high-end residential buildings in Canada and the US. He was born in Guyana and raised in Toronto, but the travel didn’t stop there — Neil has taken several cruises to the Bahamas and has plans to visit Europe in the near future. Neil is an avid bike rider and swims with his family in his spare time, making Boca Raton the perfect place for him. His favorite things about 101 Via Mizner are the wonderful residents and the gourmet coffee in the Cyber Café. Out of the many restaurants that are walking distance from 101, his favorites are Louie Bossi and Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza. Please join us in welcoming Neil to 101 Via Mizner!
