The best part about fall in South Florida is getting back outside and enjoying an active lifestyle after a sweltering summer spent indoors hiding in the AC. We are excited to announce a new perk exclusively for our residents – new beach cruiser bikes! Take a leisurely ride and enjoy the scenery at the beach, art museums, Mizner Park, or any of your favorite shopping and dining destinations downtown. Follow these steps for a successful bike adventure:

Reserve up to 4 bikes at a time via ActiveBuilding or through the Concierge at 561.922.7620. Bikes are available for up to three hours between 7:00am and 7:00pm. Sign the waiver and inspect bicycle and all included equipment, like your helmet, lock, and basket, for damage. Sign out bicycle with concierge and start your ride! Make sure to obey all safety and traffic laws and please stay within suggested boundaries for your safety and don’t forget to lock your bike if you stop at any of Boca’s attractions. When you return, please lock your bike back up on the rack, return the key to the Concierge and

check out bike and all equipment. We hope you enjoy this great new amenity!

AUGUST FUN AT 101 As summer comes to an end, we thank all of the residents who took advantage of our great summer programming including National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day and Happy Hour at Casa D’Angelo!

It’s best to start by coming up with a basic color scheme for the whole apartment, and then take it from room to room. On different elements in the space, the color then plays itself out in different ways in the different rooms.
