FITNESS TIP: SWISS BALL LEG CURL The swiss ball leg curl is a great exercise to target the muscles in the back of your legs, such as your glutes, hamstrings and calves. Begin by lying on your back with your feet positioned on the top of the swiss ball and your hands at your side. Next, push your hips into the air so your body is in a straight line while maintaining tightness in your glutes and abdominals. From here, simply curl your heels towards your glutes while keeping your hips elevated. You will begin to feel this exercise working the back of your legs. Slowly begin to straighten out your legs to the original starting position and repeat for the desired amount of repetitions.

MEET THE TEAM STEVEN THOMPSON Leasing Consultant Steven Thompson has been a Leasing Consultant at 101 Via Mizner for nearly two years. He says, “I look forward to coming to work because I enjoy seeing our residents, who have become my friends, and seeing this beautiful property alive and active.” Originally from Annapolis, Maryland, Steven previously worked for National Geographic Magazine and The Discovery Channel where he was given the opportunity to travel around the world. After returning to the states, he found his passion for real estate while working with Sotheby’s International Realty and The Corcoran Group in New York City. Steven enjoys bicycling and spending time at the beach with his two dogs, James Bond and Lola. He also appreciates Boca’s thriving restaurant and shopping scene and spends a lot of time hanging out with friends Downtown.
