Working with Anwyl Partnerships, we have recently completed the build of 92 high quality, affordable homes in Flintshire and Conwy. The three schemes have provided lovely new, high quality, affordable homes and residents have already moved in or will be moving in very soon! • Boars Head pub in Ewloe, is now called Pen y Baedd, providing homes for people aged 55 years and over. There are 28 apartments in total, a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroomed apartments and 3 affordable homes. Residents have started to move in.

• Albion hotel and social club site in Connah’s Quay is now called Plas Albion, providing homes for people aged 55 years and over. There are 30 apartments in total, a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroomed apartments. All residents have moved in. • Edelweiss hotel in Colwyn Bay is now called Plas Dingle. Plas

Dingle provides 31 affordable homes, including 14 one-bedroom and 17 two bedroom apartments. All residents have moved in.
