Urban Link is Penn IUR’s monthly online publication that features expert commentary on urban topics and highlights Penn IUR news and events. Launched in November 2012, Urban Link has more than 6,400 subscribers. Penn IUR’s affiliates author Urban Link’s articles, allowing Penn IUR to disseminate the groundbreaking scholarship of its associates.
