Accompanied by her two beloved dogs and supportive father, they embarked on a cross country road trip to Hermitage, PA where Katie would temporarily stay with her Grandma Sally. During the transition, she received a message from Chris—a message that would astonish both of them. Chris, seeing Katie's location on the app, asked if she was really in Hermitage, PA. To his surprise, it was the same town where he had grown up and where his parents still resided.
Lthat moment, their connection was undeniable. Their love blossomed and recognized the rare and precious bond they had found. Fast forward to a year and a half after their serendipitous meeting, during a visit to Hermitage on Christmas Eve, Chris took Katie to a special place—a spot they had visited when they had visited before, they both knew they were falling deeply in love with each other.
Weyes as they arrived. Guiding her to a stone bench overlooking a breathtaking nature preserve, he got down on one knee and poured his heart out. He recounted the feelings he had on that magical third date, and that picturesque spot, Chris asked Kaite to marry him—and Katie joyously said yes to the man she knew was her soulmate.
The couple chose the Gardens of Stonebridge as their wedding venue, and the day couldn't have been more quintessentially fall. The sun cast a golden glow through the trees, leaves gently danced in the air, and the crisp breeze lent cherished guests joining them to celebrate their love.
With their hearts set on a fall-themed wedding, Katie and Chris embraced the opportunity to infuse the celebration with Halloween details that spoke to their personalities. Alyson of Hello Productions skillfully brought about going overboard. Rather, they cleverly integrated subtle and whimsical elements, like tiny skeletons, to add a touch of playfulness to the occasion.
The couple incorporated a blend of old heirlooms and new elements into their wedding. Katie's dress was delicately embroidered with white grandmother, and she carried a vintage handkerchief to wipe away happy tears. Katie's fondness for the by E.E.
