neha is a Vice President and heads Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) for Wells Fargo India and the Philippines. She leads and drives the inclusion strategy across Gender, LGBTQ+, People with Disabilities, and Veterans, and coaches senior executives on embedding DEI within their businesses and in their role as inclusion champions.
