Do you think there is an increasing focus on employee experience with COVID-19 changing the whole equation of how people work? How do you see the larger EX scenario? The COVID-19 pandemic has reshaped the way we work, learn and play. In just a year, the entire world experienced an accelerated digital transformation – a paradigm shift on an unprecedented level.
