Core strategic target capabilities are defined to underpin the programme. Stretch exercises (bespoke and from our portfolio) are selected to draw out the relevant competencies and predictors of potential.
Participants engage in a range of exercises intended to challenge and inspire them. Overnight, psychologist assessors create indepth feedback reports on participant performance.
Psychometric tests measuring our unique predictors of potential – Confidence, Resilience, Drive and Mental Agility – are administered from the psychometric suite. Results are fed back as part of the two-day centre.
Participants complete a development plan, which they action in conjunction with their manager. HR business partners receive a client feedback report, containing a participant dashboard summary and recommended follow-up actions tailored to participant needs.
Each participant receives a two-hour individual coaching session with one of the psychologist assessors. This session discusses participant performance in the prework and during the centre, to provoke in-depth insights and actions for development.

Managers and L&D team members are trained in effective assessment by the team, building internal capability for a sustainable selection process.
We run a range of talent centres, varying from three-day face-to-face formats, to centres administered entirely online using our state-of-the-art e-learning platform. The format for each centre is selected by careful consideration of each client organisation’s unique needs and resources, in order to ensure it meets client outcomes and expectations.
The centre is run by a blended faculty of experts and key client decision-makers. Participant scores are compared to a database of rolerelevant profiles, in order to provide effective benchmarking.
Dashboard summary reports are compiled for each participant, and fed back via hour-long telephone coaching sessions. faculty run a half-day feedback session for the HR business partner, to provide insights and decision recommendations.

Managers and L&D team members receive half-day assessor training and briefing via videoconference. Participants receive their unique log in to the e state-of-the-art e-learning platform. The platform contains briefing documents and pre-reading for the programme. Participants engage in a week-long discussion forum with other programme participants, where they explore the prereading in the context of the programme’s outcomes. The introductory week is closed out by an hour-long webinar on the pre-read, led by faculty. Participants have a fortnight to complete a series of online assessments on the e-learning platform in their own time. These assessments include psychometric tests, measuring Confidence, Resilience, Drive and Mental Agility, jobrelevant work simulation exercises, and a 360 assessment, gathering behavioural ratings from their colleagues. Participants receive regular automated reminders to ensure that they complete all required work within the required time frame. Participants have one week to collect relevant data and make a face-to-face presentation as part of a simulated roleplay exercise. Trained managers and L&D team members function as assessors for the exercise, and provide real-time and written feedback to participants using assessment materials designed and provided by e . e psychologists compile participant feedback reports from all the assessments, and use these as the basis for deep-dive two-hour individual feedback sessions, conducted via Skype. Participants set developmental goals and follow these up via online development discussion forum with other programme participants. Managers and HR business partners receive specialised reports on individual and whole-cohort performance.
