Made in China Infrastructure for the global consumer culture Master’s Thesis SEP DEL 2019-ENE DEL 2020
The longest railway line in the world connects Spain with China, Madrid with Yiwu, a city 3 hours from Shanghai. An infrastructure of 13,000 km in length that crosses Asia and Europe. The Yixinou train leaves the city with the world’s largest wholesale market. In 21 days, it arrives at the Abroñigal freight station located in the vicinity of the Sur de Méndez Álvaro station. The train that ends its journey, parks in an unusual urban fabric in the city center, an island in the capital ceded to infrastructure. Facing the Cobo Calleja model on the outskirts of the city, an architecture is proposed that enhances and takes advantage of the confluence of rail, road and freight transport infrastructures in the center of Madrid. Made in China is an infrastructural exercise for the global consumption culture, a mechanism where the exchange of goods, businesses and people occurs that works locally and globally. A building where the import, exhibition and distribution processes between China and Spain are brought together.

Sunny Research center + industrial storage Architectural Design VI SEP DEL 2015-ENE DEL 2015
In the project we find a hybrid program, industrial storage + research center. The building is shaped by a series of structural and programmatic cores that cross the industrial warehouse and which house the offices, bathroom, reception ... In the rest of the area coworking space js enabled. The climate strategy is creating an artificial oasis that humidifies and refreshes the dry climate of Madrid. The skin of the building allows the capture of solar rays in cold times and provides protection in warm times. The automatic warehouse is buried using the thermal inertia provided by the terrain to avoid temperature contrasts.

Cherry Blossom Technological development of Amid.cero9 pavilion Construction & Technology III SEP DEL 2016-ENE DEL 2016
During the course, we carried out a descriptive development of the building’s geometry, which stands out due to its special complexity. In addition, the main structural and construction systems to be used were defined. After defining the geometry using the parametric design software grasshopper, we selected the nodes and profiles that make up the three-dimensional structure. The link systems of the structural shell of steel profiles with the concrete base that forms the basement were also developed.

Inorganic Nature Social condenser by affinities Made in Japan Architectural Design V SEP DEL 2015-ENE DEL 2015
With a clearly experimental vocation, the project explores new ways of living the city as a group home. Generating a social condenser by affinities to the natural world, from new materials and technologies of cultivation. A system of housing related to nature in an urban environment and gray arises. The parasite colonizes the upper bound of the city generating a new type fluid of people and living things. The architectural entity is constituted by a hyper-light structure and a plastic skin that respond to the climatic conditions of the environment. Hydroponics bloom by the city with a minimum mass as a substrate. Endows the city of green public spaces and exchange of energies.

Instant Plankton International competition Arquideas Honorable Mention SEP DEL 2015-ENE DEL 2015
We propose a efimeral organism with an attractive image, specially focused on stimulating the user that waits and moves within the perception of the geographical environment he is immersed in. The resulting shape comes from two structures highly differenced that evolve the coast that integrates geography as part of it, rejecting to project them as isolated bodies apart from the Sea Station. The first structure is a system of anchors that solve the main seaweed crops to attrack acuatic life, on the top it has a energy buoy to obtein energy that moves a little turbine to drain water and plankton to the next structure. Who is a pure air plastic membrane crossed and hoisted saving the pipes carries water. The resulting image is a structure defined by the flowings. In other words, the image of the building is the image of its lifes.

Hyperlink E.T.S.A.M. micro-competition Winner SEP DEL 2016-ENE DEL 2016
Micro competition held in a course of architectural desing. We intend to equip the hyperconnected user of the contemporary cities with a physical framework where the citizen can meet and carry out activities with origin in the net. There are three prototypes, and a hybridization of them, which are spread throughout the city according to the needs detected in the neighborhoods of Madrid. They give the city new vertical green spaces, multimedia spaces, meeting and hosting events spaces. The architectural object becomes a tool of citizen action.

Historia Natural Madrid Council Public Contest Winner SEP DEL 2017-ENE DEL 2017
Citizens must identify those urban elements as their own in the civic plaza. The project tries to combine the needs of a population and its relationship with the city. A social reference for the appropriation of public space. We tried to set up a meeting venue and enjoy the district’s own activities by increasing urban quality, especially of the network of bordering spaces. We set the bases to achieve over time a new area of centrality by means of the realization of an “equipped plaza” that one of the district’s most important usage milestones. This is where the importance of generating activity in the square, taking advantage of the effective value of the itineraries that run through it and activating it by introducing equipment needs in the neighborhood.

Dreamy ARCO Research dossier for ARCO Contemporary Art Fair Editorial Work SEP DEL 2016-ENE DEL 2016
The research carried out during the first half of 2016 studied the possibilities of improving and changing of the materiality and spatiality of ARCO International art fair, in Madrid. We elaborated a sequence of open and crossed proposals that allow thinking in alternative possibilities of the actual expositive disposition which has been repeated every year without changes. There are a lot of visitors profile: collectors, interested, curious, students.... and the current fair respond to a standard profile. The new proposal attend to the real variety of visitors, not uniformizing the galleries stands.

Hylozoic Architecture Arquitectura Hilozoica y Espacio Sensible Bachelor’s Thesis SEP DEL 2017-ENE DEL 2017
Like the industrial revolution, hygiene and free market transformed our idea of a rchitecture, beyond generating a new architectural type, let us assume that the era of big data and hypertechnologization will lead to generate a new understanding of architecture. This diploma proyect stems from the interest in the work of architect Philip Beesley, and the limiting situation that explores architecture and life. It pursues the mutual relations between synthetic constructions and the natural world. Thanks to the technological advances of contemporary society, we can speculate about the architectural space that is to come. This document explores the generation of a hyperconnected environment in which the static limits of conventional architecture are diluted. In these ecosystems of the anthropocene era, users and the environment tuned through an architecture sensitive to them. A dreamed architecture halfway between nature and the human being.
