Getting self-inspiration even in hard times

part from being the founder of PEPGRA Healthcare, the company involved in the development of innovative healthcare IoT patent field-products,Dr Radhika Ganesan is also the president of Association of Health,Food,Nutrition and Dietetics(AFND), an NGO formed by a group of researchers,food technologist,registered dietitians,public health nutritionists and other healthcare professionals to empower the interlinking of food, nutrition and public health. Under her leadership,AFND gives training including how to do patent analysis, clinical test , New product development and market research and practise existing and advanced the research tools as well as enhance employability skill develop the team ensure to achieve professional success. Based in her experience working with food technologists, epidemiologists, researchers, physicians, pharmaceutical companies, community health workers allied health professionals and food industries, she perceived the concept of centre for food, Mood & Exercise(CFME), as evidence-based clinical and community preventive health care model, which is currently being translated into online (e) commercial model(patent field). She is currently looking for investors for her project. Dr.Radhika, Who has published more that 35+peer reviewed publications both national and international in food & nutrition cpidemiology and clinical trials, genetics, and physical activity,also authored a book titled”Kids & Teens:What you and your mother should know better about food”. This book is the result of over 12 years of research experience in the field og food ,Nutrition and dietetics

with a specific focus on pediatric nutrition.

When asked about that the issues she faced at the beginning of the career I often had unrealistics expectations around timelines, but later i realized that’s something wrong.But i could able to move further,despite those failure is my mastering in motivation(Self-motivation). I inspire myself even in hard times which drive me to keep moving ahead. Talking about the challenged she said “ Work life balance,being young-hiring older is challenging, Despite CEO of the organization, working with men counterpart is cumbersome and most important challenge that i face on daily basis is the choice of decision making between emotions and rational. But despite that i make myself mentally strong to handle tough negotiations, to make myself psychologically strong by gaining practical experience and to rise up after small failures”. While commenting on success mantra, Dr Radhika who holds a Master’s R.C and Doctorate in Psychology & Nutritions and has also earned an MBA degree, equipped” Being honest for what I’m doing and whom I’m doing. I don’t have a belief in the word impossible, and i always want to take the road which is less taken with the different strategies and ideas. One more important thing is planning. I Always have my notebook and pen with me and all my day,s starts with the plan”. Her advice to the women entrepreneur - be strong enough, have 100% confidence to do anything, Should have positive attitude towards everything, Should have proactive approach, Should strive for perfection, and should Never Fear and never give up.
