A. RON BERRYMAN
A. Ronald “Ron” Berryman is president and chief executive officer of Berryman and Company, a highly successful management consulting firm. He has led projects for hundreds of clients, advising them on financial management, executive coaching, and strategic planning. Dedicated to the public sector, community service, and academic advancement, Mr. Berryman has faithfully served beyond his professional roles, providing philanthropic support to communities throughout his life. He has been widely recognized and honored by many organizations, both locally and nationally, for his work as a community leader.
During his early career, Mr. Berryman worked with information technology group Computer Sciences Corporation (now DXC Technology), where he was chief of financial planning and budgets. He also supported NBC’s West Coast operations as administrator of business affairs, and he held the positions of chief operating officer and chief financial officer at the San Francisco-based Progress Investment Management Company.

With a commitment to maintain ethical standards within his industry, Mr. Berryman has served as a past president for the Southern California chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants. He has also educated students as an adjunct professor of business administration at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and as a faculty member at the University of Redlands, where he earned the Excellence in Teaching award for his exemplary work in the classroom.
Mr. Berryman is a member of the Graziadio Board and has served on the Pepperdine University Board for 20 years. He was a founding member of the Alumni Leadership Council and the Black Alumni Council at Pepperdine, the latter of which he serves as Chair Emeritus. He and his wife, Jacqueline, have funded several scholarships, including the A. Ronald Berryman Endowed Scholarship, which benefits African American students at Pepperdine.
Ronald Berryman earned his bachelor of science from Pepperdine University in 1962, and he was a member of the first graduating class of the University’s MBA program in 1967.

Ned L. Colletti Jr. is a former Major League Baseball sports executive with 40 years of industry experience; having started his career with the Chicago Cubs, he has since served successful tenures as assistant general manager to the San Francisco Giants and general manager of the Los Angeles Dodgers. He is currently a hockey scout for the San Jose Sharks and a professor in the Seaver College Communication Division, where he is the executive in residence in sport administration.
Under Mr. Colletti’s management, the National League teams he helped build made numerous postseason appearances, including four teams that advanced to the World Series. After transitioning to the role of color commentator for the Dodgers, Mr. Colletti served as a senior advisor to the team and was an analyst for SportsNetLA. At Seaver College he teaches sports leadership classes that address negotiation, team building, creating successful and sustainable cultures, the globalization of sports, and strategic sports communications.
During his tenure with the Cubs, Mr. Colletti received the Robert O. Fishel Award for excellence in public relations. He has won four Emmys and was inducted into the Chicagoland Sports Hall of Fame and the National Italian American Sports Hall of Fame. The author of five books, his latest work, titled The Big Chair, was lauded by several media critics and deemed by Larry King to be “one of the best baseball books [he’s] ever read.”
Coming from humble roots and acknowledging the blessings of his success, Mr. Colletti remains dedicated to communities in need. He serves on the advisory boards of Vision To Learn, a nonprofit that provides eye exams and glasses to students across the country and of Get Lit - Words Ignite, an organization devoted to furthering children’s engagement with literature and reading. He also mentors youth through A Place Called Home in Los Angeles.
