We are seeking an experienced travel sales executive who is fast, tech-savvy and hardworking. Must have at least five years’ experience in the safari and hotel itinerary building space, and be adept at match-making both local and international clients with their perfect travel itinerary. Experience working in a client-facing role is essential.

Sales Role Key Responsibilities:
• Sales
• Provide highly customised, excellent customer service
• Match-make local and international clients to hideaways and lodges
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business
• Build and maintain relationships with hideaway and lodge owners and managers
Operations
• Design and quote on successful, creative itineraries related to all groups and FIT requests
• Follow up on quotes that have been sent out
• Capture booking admin accurately and compile all travel documentation with assistance from support team
• Collect and pass on customer feedback
• Stay current on events and changes of suppliers / product
