Invitation Email Through the Online Bill Payment System, the student will send an invitation for the Other Payer. (Refer

to My DeVry Student Gateway to Success Guide).

The Other Payer will receive the invitation via email with the link and instructions as shown to the right. The other payer will need to click on the link in the email to begin the sign up process.

Support Links The login page has 3 support links on the left pane.

Note: Please use Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher.

Support Links

The Mailing Address link provides the address to which payments made by check are sent.

The Contact Us link provides support information on using the online payment service.

The Terms and Conditions link outlines important information regarding the use of this service.

Sign Up/Login First time entry Select the ‘Sign Up’ button to register. (An already registered user will enter their username and password to login.) If you forgot your username or password click on:

Step 1 of 3 Enrollment First, select ‘Please accept agreement’. Enter the ‘Activation ID’ received in the invitation email. Enter the ‘Student ID Number’ (DSI Number). Click ‘Next’.

Step 2 of 3 Please fill in the following fields: The student’s first and last name. ‘Email Address 1’ This is your (Other Payer) email address. Email Address 2 and phone number are optional. Click ‘Next’.

Step 3 of 3 Complete the following fields: ‘Username’ – create a username for subsequent logins. ‘Password’ – Type in a 6 character password. ‘Confirm Password’ ‘Secret Question’ ‘Answer’ Click ‘Next’. Note: After completing the activation you will receive an email.

Use Billing Statement Click on the Billing Statement link to view a copy of a current bill.

Bill Statement The images to the right show a copy of the billing statement. The image on the top is the front of the bill. The image at the bottom is the last page of the bill. You have the option to print this document if needed. Close this screen to continue.

Pay Now In the Bills tab, click on the ‘Pay Now’ button to make an online payment.

Online Payments Type in the ‘Pay Amount’ field the amount being paid for the bill. Select the date to pay the bill. ‘Pay Today’ will be selected to make a same day payment. Enter your email address in the ‘Email Address’ field. Select the payment method – Credit Card, Checking or Savings. Click ‘Submit’.

Credit Card Online Payment Required fields for Credit Card Payment: -Card Type -Account Number -Expiration Date -Name on Card -Billing Address: Country, Address1, City, State, Zip -Account Nickname (optional) When completed click .

Checking & Savings Accounts Online Payments Required fields for Checking or Savings: -Email Address -Name on Account -Payer Bank Name -Payment Amount -Account Number -Re-enter Account Number Note: Account Nickname is only required to save information for future payments. Click on ‘Submit’.

Payment Confirmation After the Other Payer has submitted an online payment, a confirmation screen will be shown (reference image on the right). Clicking on the ‘Complete’ button will take you to the Bills Tab Page.

This indicates if the payment was accepted or rejected.

Bills Tab Depending if a partial or a full payment was made, the status will either state: -Partially Paid -Paid in Full

Payment History Tab The image to the right displays a view of the ‘Payment History Tab’. Note: You have available a history of up to12 months of bills paid online (bills paid any other method will not be shown here).

My Profile Tab The image to the right shows the profile tab. In this page you, the Other Payer, can add a payment account and update the student’s profile information or your email address, password or Secret Question.
