Meticulous attention to detail, in a temperature and humidity controlled environment, ensures that every shuttlecock is engineered for performance. Using the finest quality Portuguese cork and carefully selecting seven goose feathers from every wing, Yonex feather shuttlecocks are manufactured to the very highest standards for distance and stability control under all conditions.

Yonex Feather shuttlecocks are tested against other brands to make sure that they demonstrate consistent recovery, flight trajectory and speed performance. Testing at our research and development facility shows that 80% of the Yonex feather shuttlecocks fired down court hit a 25cm target area, whilst the other brands tested needed a 75cm target area to demonstrate the equivalent performance.

Flight stability Each shuttlecock is made up from seven carefully selected goose feathers and uses the finest quality Portuguese cork.
