TWO men have been handed Slaver y Trafficking Protection Orders and jailed for exploiting vulnerable teenagers brought to Norwich to deal drugs. A third man has also been given a suspended sentence following the investigation carried out by Norwich Neighbourhood Policing and County Lines Teams.

It was after two missing teenagers were found at a proper ty in Norwich in December 2021, along with large quantities of drugs.

Kingsley Annor, 26, of Philpot Street, London, was sentenced to four years and six months in prison at Norwich Crown Cour t. He had admitted two counts of human trafficking, one count of being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and one count of being concerned in the supply of heroin at an earlier hearing

Trevor Kutsirayi, 23, of Association Way, Norwich was sentenced to two years and eight months in prison after pleading guilty to after pleading guilty to two counts of human trafficking.

Saul Simpson, 52 of Eagle Walk, Norwich, was given a 21 month sentence suspended for two years after pleading guilty to two counts of human trafficking, one count of being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and one count of being concerned in the supply of heroin at an earlier hearing.

On Friday 10 December 2021 officers discovered two missing teenage boys at Simpson’s home on Eagle Walk following intelligence they were at the address

While officers were at the proper ty, they discovered 57 wraps of crack cocaine , 34 wraps of heroin as well as cash, phones and a train ticket for an under 16 from London to Norwich, which were all seized

Analysis of the phones found along with CCTV revealed the boys travelled through London on Thursday 9 December During that time Annor called them four times from the vicinity of his home , before mast data shows he travelled to Stratford Station at the same time as the victims were there

The victims were then sent the postcode for Simpson’s home by a number later attributed to Kutsirayi Annor, Kutsirayi and Simpson were all charged under the Modern Slaver y Act.
