We cycle through four stages of sleep, stage 1 sleep is the lightest while stage 4 is the deepest, says Peter Salzano a life coach and famous blogger. Waking up during the night is not common. Know the following reasons of what wakes you up in the middle of the night:


Your room is too hot, cold, noisy or bright

Your room can be another reason for sleeplessness. Ideally, your room should be dark, comfortably cool and quiet while you sleep.
