Bodlander schrieb er zu Heraklit und Franz Kafka.

Die Arbeit behandelt die Frage, ob Rechtshandlungen deutscher Kapitalgesellschaften wirksam durch einen ausländischen Notar beurkundet werden können (sog. Substitution). Unter Berücksichtigung der kollisionsrechtlichen Anknüpfung werden die Gleichwertigkeitskriterien – mit besonderem Bezug zu dem Notariatswesen in der Schweiz – untersucht.
Der Band untersucht die geschäftsvorfallbezogene Gewinnaufteilungsmethode (PSM) in Deutschland durch Analyse von Forschungsstand und Experteninterviews. Er fordert Reformen zur Präzisierung der Regelwerke und betont die Notwendigkeit länderübergreifender Standardisierung der PSM zur Weiterentwicklung des Fremdvergleichsgrundsatzes.
Die Thematik rund um Informationspflichten im Aktienrecht erlangte mit dem In-Kraft-Treten des ARUG II aktuelle Relevanz. Der Autor stellt bestehende und neue Informationspflichten dar und beantwortet die Fragen, ob diese mit höherrangigem Recht vereinbar sind und sich in das aktienrechtliche Informationssystem einfügen oder Fremdkörper darstellen.
Der Autor untersucht die Pflichten aus dem Emissionshandelsrecht in der Insolvenz des Anlagenbetreibers. Das Insolvenzrecht hat den Gläubigerschutz zum Gegenstand. Wie verhält es sich mit einem offenbar gegenläufigen Rechtsgebiet, das den Klimaschutz zum Gegenstand hat?
Diese Arbeit zeigt Spannungsfelder auf und gibt Lösungsvorschläge.
Das Multilaterale Instrument verheißt als mehrseitiges Umsetzungsabkommen des BEPS-Projekts einen Epochenumbruch im internationalen Steuerrecht. Im System des internationalen Steuerrechts stellt das Multilaterale Instrument eine neue Koordinationsebene dar, die eine rechtliche, institutionelle und funktionelle Transformationswirkung aufweist.

El presente monográfico supone un acercamiento a la experiencia bioliteraria de cinco autoras que, supervivientes del régimen de los Jemeres rojos, se instalan en Francia y adoptan el francés como vehículo de expresión literaria para trasladar los hitos que marcaron su experiencia vital durante esos años.
