I have had the privilege of working with a team of brilliant architects in a fast-paced environment that specializes in overseas projects ranging from residential buildings to large master plans. Through this experience, I have gained valuable knowledge in many aspects of architecture and its design practice. At my prior position at GDS, I was in charge of over-seeing design process and applying my skills in aiding architects and designers from multiple fronts. In addition, I was heavily involved in multiple processes from schematic to design development phase. My involve ment in the practice went further in production phase through my knowledge in both physical and 3D Model-building, Adobe Suite, BIM modeling and rendering softwares. without hindering priorities, to meet the deadlines and to resolve any issues that I may encounter. I believe in the importance of team work in any given situations. I am always looking for new challenges to conquer and I thrive in communities where I am faced with new conversations and engaged in sharing innovative ideas. Jinshui Sceince Park + Model House
Assisted principal in designing and production for 2 separate phases of schematic design. Lead a team of model builders. I built study models for quick design sessions along with principal and translated design moves into architectural drawings for next itirations, and finally for submissions. Project went through numerous design iterations and I have been a core member of this effort.
Tongzhou Four-Seasons Resort City
Assisted principal in designing and production throughout schematic design phase. I aided in translating different designs moves to architectural visuals using Rhino3D. This allowed the team to move ahead and build study models and render model in more fluid manner. Additionally I was in charge of 3D fabrication team.
Triple Square Four-Season Resort
Assisted principal and architects in designing and aided in production for weekly conference call which consisted of different design schemes and architectural plans/sections. Design process consisted of rapid model building + sketches for different design moves.
Nei-hu Centennial Office Tower

LOCATED NEAR HAEUNDAE BEACH, ATOP DALMAJI HILL, SEA COLONY IS ENVISIONED AS A NEW PARADIGM IN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, FOSTERING A MORE HUMAN-SCALE ENVIRONMENT THAT SUBSCRIBES TO A TRUE HIVE/WORK/PLAY MODEL FOR ITS RESIDENTS AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITY. THE PROJECT IS SUBDIVIDED INTO THREE DISTINCT NEIGHBORHOODS: SEA COLONY WEST, SEA COLONY EAST AND CENTRAL VILLAGE. THIS PROJECT POSITS A SERIES OF DICHOTOMIC IDEAS TO EXPLORE INTERCHANGEABLE AND CO-DEPENDENT VARIABLES WITHIN EDUCATION AND RESEARCH, PRIVACY AND PUBLICITY, COMMUNITY AND INSTITUTION. BY MIMICKING AND INTEGRATING THE SITE’S TOPOGRAPHY, THE NEW STRUCTURES PERCH ALONGSIDE AND WITHIN THE EXISTING SHELL OF THE SOUTHWEST MUSEUM STRUCTURE WHILE EVADING FOCUSED IMPOSITION. NEW TECTONIC TOPOGRAPHY WILL SERVE THE PROGRAM ELEMENTS AS A BINDING AGENT BY COVERING THEM TO PROVIDE FARM PLOTS OF BOTH ORGANIC AND GM FOOD. CONCEALING AND REVEALING GESTURES BECOME THE CONTROLLING FORCES TO MERGE, COMBINE AND ISOLATE THE VARYING LABS, CLASSROOMS, GREENHOUSES, AND EXTERIOR SPACES.

TO CREATE A THRIVING AND LIVELY NEIGHBOR, IT IS BELIEVED THAT WE MUST FIND A COMMON AREA WHERE RESIDENTS AND PATRONS CAN INTERACT WITH ONE ANOTHER. USING THE COMPONENTS OF DESIGN AND CRITICAL PROGRAMING OF THE AREA, THE AREA CAN BENEFIT FROM THE ARCHITECTURE.
