The Madison Animal Rescue Foundation (MARF) is a non-profit, no-kill, dog and cat rescue organization. MARF is an all volunteer organization with no physical shelter; all animals are fostered in private homes. MARF works to rescue as many homeless animals from the City of Madison, AL, as possible, develop an adoption program, a spay/neuter program, and ultimately build a rescue-friendly animal shelter.
