The Pet Professional Guild invites you to join us for our 2020 PPG Summit After highly successful educational events in Portland, Oregon (April 2019) where we tested – to enormous approval – a new format whereby attendees and exhibitors were in the same room for the General Sessions, and the 2018 Summit where we tested off-site hands-on workshops, now, for our sixth annual Pet Professional Guild educational event, we have decided to combine the best of each. So, for 2020, we have developed a unique plan to host a four-day summit with the option to sign up for off-site, hands-on workshops at registration. This means attendees can choose between two exciting options: Program One and Two: Day Zero Registration - Friday September 18, 2020, arrival and registration Program One: Day One - Saturday September 19 through Day Four - Tuesday September 22 will be 4 full days of General Sessions, Presentations and Lecture/LABS. Program Two: Day One: Saturday September 19 through Day Four: Tuesday September 22 will be 4 full days of General Sessions, Presentations and Lecture/LABS PLUS Daily 1.5 Hour Off-Site Workshops The event will be held at the Sheraton Hotel conveniently located at Phoenix Airport and the Exhibitors will be setup in the main conference room for the entire event! The Pet Professional Guild has gathered a range of renowned presenters from all over the world to deliver academic sessions and to supervise and coach hands-on skills workshops. There will be over 240 pet professionals in attendance at the Guild 2020 Summit & Workshops as well as world renowned pet industry experts who will be speaking at the event. Staff and Volunteers from Arizona Humane Society will aslo be joining us. 2. Shipping Information
The Sheraton Phoenix Airport Hotel Tempe will receive small packages up to 5 days prior to the event. They will accept letters, boxes and cases (under 150 lbs each). Have the carrier deliver packages to the Sheraton Phoenix Airport Hotel Tempe and they will sign for them and store them until you need them. Sheraton Phoenix Airport Hotel Tempe is not responsible for lost, stolen, mislabeled, or misdirected packages. The carrier is responsible for insuring delivery directly to the Sheraton Phoenix Airport Hotel Tempe . Sheraton Phoenix Airport Hotel Tempe will arrange for pickup via FedEx/USPS and/or UPS at no additional cost. All packages will need to be ready for pickup with the shipping labels and all shipping costs paid in order for the Center to make arrangements for pickup.
3. Power to tables
This can be arranged and needs to be requested when you submit your Exhibitor form. Sheraton Phoenix Airport Hotel Tempe will have a limited number of power strips available to rent for $10 per day, however, since numbers are limited you are encouraged to bring or ship your own.
