David McLeod
David was born in Hobart and educated at the University of Tasmania where he holds multiple Degrees. He began his professional career as a Marine Scientist with CSIRO and the Australian Antarctic Division. He is a senior author on multiple high profile scientific publications. It is, however, in real estate where David has excelled and truly realised his passion. He brings a strategic and intelligent approach to the sale process that leads to consistently strong results for his clients.
David operates with enthusiasm, excellent people skills, honesty and integrity and continually strives for excellence. His love for real estate is evident in everything he does and his warm and friendly approach means that the buying and selling process is as low stress as possible. He constantly achieves outstanding results for his clients through strategic marketing and excellent negotiation skills.
David is a family man with family celebrations and get togethers forming an integral part of his life. He lives on Hobart’s eastern shore with his wife Melissa, his daughter Poppy and son Hamish.
David has played many sports over the years and has been a member of numerous local clubs. He played first grade cricket for the Clarence Cricket Club and was a member of numerous underage state development programs. He now enjoys a hit of golf at the Richmond Golf Club, camping on Bruny Island or the east coast and also loves getting out in the boat to chase a trout or two.
David works in partnership with fellow Property Representative and Director, Daniel ten Broeke. Together they are one of the most dynamic real estate teams in Greater Hobart.
