Arkadas, with black and beige fur, perky ears, and large paws, was chosen through online voting. The puppy arrived in Mexico City from Istanbul, where the Ministry of Defence welcomed him. In a formal ceremony, Arkadas barked during Mexico’s national anthem, promising to be a great search and rescue dog.
