PFD Food Services began life in 1943 amid the noise and chaos of the Melbourne Fish Markets. Expanding rapidly to meet the demand of an ever growing customer base PFD is now Australia’s largest privately owned Foodservice network. 100% Australian owned we deliver an extensive range of fresh meat and seafood together frozen products, drygoods, paper products and cleaning solutions to the Foodservice Industry. With over 800 company owned trucks and customer service focused drivers making daily deliveries since 1943, PFD has proven their unwavering commitment to their customers. Our Range We partner with the biggest names in Foodservice to deliver the most comprehensive product range. Our diverse range of suppliers ensures we offer a complete solution and our size gives us the advantage to offer exclusive arrangements on a number of brands and first-to-market opportunities for new products. Apart from locally recognised brands, we deal with boutique, gourmet and specialty products. If we don’t have a key product, we’ll use our international and local network of suppliers to source them for you.

The preferred presentation style for the SPC Ardmona Food Service corporate logo is the spot colour logo (5.1). This logo is to be used where ever practical. Where technical printing constraints limit the ability to use the spot colour logo, options 5.2, 5.3 or 5.4 are provided as alternatives.

In September 2012, we expanded our Foodservice network by acquiring Australian Convenience Foods Group Pty Ltd, and turned it into the leader of ‘ready to eat’ food. ACF became known as PFD Food Services Fresh To Go and we established it as a trailblazer in the ‘ready to eat’ food convenience market, being the only such business to have a national presence. It is a major supplier of ready-made sandwiches, microwavable snacks and other products to market sectors that include Petrol & Convenience, Airline, Healthcare and Food Service. Fresh To Go’s pre-packaged range is made with only the freshest ingredients offering a full menu solution. Fresh To Go’s products include: - Baguettes - Croissants - Toasties Wraps - Sandwiches - Tortillas - Muffins. Our products complement an existing menu or create an exciting new option for customers who demand quality, convenience and choice. Stacks of Snacks Hollier Dicksons (A Division of PFD Food Services Pty Ltd) is a national wholesale distributor which specialises in confectionery, snack foods and beverages.
With warehouses in each state stocked with the leading brands in chocolate bars, chips and gum along with energy, sports and soft drinks, HD delivers an extensive range of snacks perfect for the impulse buyer and traveller.
Functions & Events At PFD we love a party! From the race that stops the nation to a boutique wedding we have every size celebration covered. For grazing menus we have beautiful cured meats, marinated vegetables, oils and dips to create the ultimate Charcuterie Boards. Casual stand up functions are catered for with our delicious bowl and box foods such as noodles, fish and chips, calamari, sticky ribs and sliders. The main event, a la carte menus are easily designed with our range of fresh seafood and oysters or fresh meat cut to your specifications and delivered daily.
