to nature and for its traditions and history. Following these principles, the project develops an attractive facade, whose main concept is a walk above the clouds. Through elegant curves, facade openings and applying an iridiscent hexagonal ceramic material the visitors get the feeling of being walking over the clouds. The site is divided into two large pieces separated by a road, for this reason one of the most challenging points in the project is the meeting point between both east and west blocks. This characteristic, which a priori is considered a weakness, nevertheless becomes a point of attraction and becoming a remarkable point for the city.

neighborhood associations. After carrying out a long study of the area, on which a general strategy was proposed. It is decided to act in the northern area of Usera, an area that stands out for its great architectural density and where the gaps are scarce, so the few that exist play a fundamental role. Taking advantage of one of these gaps, it is proposed is to improve this urban area, firstly through a superblock, secondly with the generation of a public square where social coexistence can be carried out, and thirdly by a buried building where the neighborhood associations will have everything necessary to acomplish all their activities that they currently are proposing in the district.
