Roma® Frozen Parbaked Rustic Pizza Crusts make it easy for any operator to make pizza. Ideal for pizza and Italian, bar and grill, convenience store segment, campus and recreational, and family dining, to name a few. Roma® Frozen Parbaked Rustic Pizza Crusts are available in a variety of sizes from 7” personal size pizza crusts to 16”.

Roma® Frozen Parbaked Rustic Pizza Crusts are produced from high protein wheat flour, have a cream color when baked, and golden toast marks on top and light golden grill marks on bottom. These parbaked crusts have an authentic height, knuckle-pressed appearance, and great flavor, providing an advantage over the competition.

Roma® Frozen Parbaked Rustic Pizza Crusts are partially baked, allowing for the operator to finish cooking the pizza later, while retaining much of the texture and flavor of freshly made pizza. Simply remove the parbaked crust from the freezer, top with desired toppings and bake! These pizza crusts can be cooked from a thawed state, but cooking time may need to be reduced to not compromise product integrity.
