Sachi Asian Bistro
(Design and construction management) I was assign by the Amber restaurant group to help the Michellin’s star Chef Pichet Ong and Andy Yang to help them set up the restaurant layout and service circulation. The Concept is Authentic luxury asian. The main idea of the design is to create a modern asain dining experince that give user luxury comfort feeling. However since the limited of budget and limited of time most of the desiign is a compliment ornament to the exisiting material.

(Design and Consultance ) Jumeira, Dubai Rhongtiam restaurant is expanding rapidly in the last few year. this Rhongtiam is taking place in Jumeira mall the new mall wich will open begining of 2015. Rhongtiam stand for modern Thai cusine with New York inpriration. When you walk in from the mall area you will saw Rhongtiam as a organinc jusice bar with low casual seat like a daily New Yorker life. When you enter the main dining the feeling will switch to upscale modern New York restaurant.

Andy Yang Owner of the Rhongtiam restaurant has consult with me to twist the New York Thai restaurant concept. Most of the Thai restaurants in New York are pretty much a stereotype especially in Chelsea area is known as the low cost fine dining. Andy wanted to break out the concept, after we discuss we come up with the concept of Thai Organic fast food. The layout flow is plan as a self-service fast food place. People are welcome to hangout as a 3rd place with more than welcome free Wi-Fi, outlet and USB charger.

Rhongtiam express (Dubai) (Design and Consultance ) Business Bay Exclusive tower, Dubai Rhongtiam express is the expansion of the Chelsea branch in New York. This location locates in food court of the complex in Dubai. The front of the restaurant speak out the New York healthy life style. I also helping Andy Yang to design and set up the food line.

The owners also fell in love with the 50s era of Thailand when there were a strong colonial influence from the british empire.
