Location: Dong Nai, Vietnam
First D&B Project to use Revit at every Stages of Design from Concept to Construction, with bring me so many experienced and knowledge about CDE (Common Data Environment), exploit most of the useful features of the software, access to the most basic form of BIM Architecture Coordinator.

First Guideline & Libraries ▶ A large amount of multi-disciplinary data had placed a claim on organizing a storage and coordination system for all related disciplines throughout implementation. All the general data will be aggregated to an open cloud platform for real-time collaboration for the most transparent and effective data exchange.
▶ To make sure a project run smoothly, all design teams had unified & planning every working method and coordinate process capacity to ensure the progress and quality.
▶ The basic data system according to the specialization of the company was created in parallel with the project implementation, which required everyone to work at 100%.
▶ All design departments had a meeting every weekend to ensure smooth operation and coordination, to make sure that all risks arising during project implementation are detected and resolved as soon as possible.

► From only model built by Revit software, so many works of design can be exploited: Quantity Calculation, Material takeoffs, export 3D Section by single level or 3D details, or synchronize with other software to show spaces after finished.

Tender & Build 4,500 sqm The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter - Day Saints Phnom Penh, Cambodia
▶ After completing the overall model and 3D model of architecture and structure, the next step is using other softwares to describe virtual 3D (Lumion) and construction methods 4D (Fuzor).
▶ The strength of these software is an interactive synchronization feature from the updated revit model, making the design adjustment much easier.

02. Cambodia Phom Penh Temple | 2O21 3D Model & Coordination ▶ This is the project which has the highest level of landscape layout and meticulous details that I have ever been joined in.
▶ To achieve the requirements of Virtual 3D, me and my team had to be highly focused and create typical 3D family detail sets and templates.
▶ In addition, landscape is a rather complicated discipline, with many different types of trees creating a tight layout for the entire project. Therefore, after completing the project, skills in modeling and details management are greatly improved.

4D & Construction Method ▶ Describe Construction Methods is a mandatory part of Tender Document’s Requirements, so that Fuzor was applied to combine 3D models with the overall progress to create a 4D clip simulating construction sequence.

03. Green Mechanical Factory | 2O21 Steel Manufacture & Fabrication Area: 17,200 sqm Owner: JVSC Steel & Construction JSC Location: Dong Nai, Vietnam
▶ Recently I was offered the opportunity to become a BIM Coordinator for this Project. In doing so, I was able to participate in the BIM implementation phase and define the digital construction procedures.
▶ The goal was to allow all stakeholders to work in a unified environment and get the most out of Revit's capabilities: Estimation calculations, clash detection, export 3D model for Rendering & Energy Simulation, layout Construction Methods and Temporary works,...
▶ These were all examples of tasks that we had to face in a complex scenario which is the development of a Manufacture factory.

▶ From the 3D models of each individual discipline, an integrated model of all disciplines is formed, which allowing a vividly and intuitive representation of every single detail of the design.

BMB Love School | 2O2O Collaborate with BMB Steel Company for Construction
▶ BMB Love School is a non-profit organization, belonging to BMB Steel Company, to build and create a better educational environment for children disadvantaged areas.
▶ During a Charity occasion with BMB members, I was asked to participate in this project as an Architectural Designer. ▶ Based on the original design, in each locality, there will be adjustments to suit the current function and local site.
