mARCO SAN GIOVANI
The project is complete in Milan, Italy Transforming space - use one space for work, play, sleep, guests digitize everything - photos, books, music. From ownership to access think car-sharing instead of owning, smart space-sharing and subletting only the essentials - cut down on extraneous stuff, leaving only what’s really necessary The space: it's a very small apartment, only 38 sq.mt. , with plenty of light. The windows located on the west side overlook an interior courtyard, so the light is limited. The windows on the opposite side overlook the street. The windows are 180 cm from the finished floor and the window sill height is 90 cm from floor. On the west side inside t he wall there are the pipes and tubes of the apartment, so the bathroom must be located in that area (roughly 2 metres radius from the pipes).
