BE HEARD. MAKE YOUR MARK. Upcoming Launch of Employee Engagement Survey We are in the process of preparing for our 2012 Employee Engagement Survey, which will be launched in September. The Employee Engagement Survey is a very important tool that allows us to hear what matters most to you. To manage the survey process and to ensure confidentiality, we have engaged the services of NRC Picker Canada, a leading independent national healthcare measurement and improvement solutions firm. Your responses to the survey will be completely confidential and will not be viewed or received by anyone at Leisureworld. Following the completion of the Employee Engagement Survey, NRC Picker will compile and analyze all of the results and feedback, which will take us right up until the end of 2012. NRC Picker will then provide a summary of the survey results to the executive team identifying our key strengths and areas for improvement and change. Once the survey results have been reviewed by the executive team we are committed to sharing the results with you, and just as importantly, we are committed to acting on the survey findings to ensure we continue to improve our overall performance and the quality of our work environment. As I mentioned, the Employee Engagement Survey is very important to us. It not only supports our organization’s People Strategy, it also gives every employee the opportunity to be heard. And that is why we are asking for your support and commitment to the survey process. In the weeks ahead we will be providing you with more details about the Employee Engagement Survey as we approach the September launch date. Thank you for your support.
