“It is not possible for you to know whether you enjoy something until you try it for the first time, so get involved!”
Here at Prince Henry’s, we value the learning you experience through extracurricular activities. We are proud of the extensive range of clubs on offer both at lunchtimes and after school and aim to provide something that will meet the needs and interests of all students. You may not be aware that we offer over 35 different clubs throughout the week that you can get involved in, from Badminton Club to STEM club to Retro Gaming Club, there really is something for everyone.
Our extra-curricular activities allow students to excel in areas such as Sport, Music, Science, Art, Drama and many more. We believe they give you the confidence to interact with others, extend your social networks beyond existing friendship groups, and provide you with new skills and abilities. We want you to pursue your passions, raise your aspirations and develop your skills while immersing yourselves in the wider school community of Prince Henry’s High School.
We have created an online information booklet including what clubs are on, when they are on, who they are for and a brief description of what you can expect if you come along. You can find this information under the extra-curricular tab on the website. If you are still unsure of where to find this information, please ask your tutor!

The competition involves 12-14 year olds taking on the main roles found in a criminal trial – such as prosecutor and defendant. Our team will compete against opposing teams from other schools, in real courthouses, with the support of practising magistrates and legal advisors. The competition is the largest and longest-running of its kind, involving hundreds of schools and thousands of students each year.
