TM Resourcing proposes a dedicated Account Manager to run the P2P contract and who can take responsibility for the effective management of the account.

TM Resourcing is not a company that simply “CV-sifts�, we dedicate time and resources to managing the recruitment process from receiving a job to job offer, this provides the candidate with a consistent experience and also provides support to internal managers and stakeholders; ultimately resulting in finding the right candidate the right job.

Prescreening and selection Prior to be contacted candidates CVs are reviewed against the job specification to determine whether they have the relevant experience and qualifications required for the role. Those candidates that complete this stage are then contacted (just reading the CV does not give you a full insight into the candidate), each candidate will be contacted and profiled on things such as: -

Candidates that are successful with this stage are then invited to complete our rigorous telephone interview, which tests competences relevant to the role that they are applying for. Candidates are then scored and it is determined whether they are suitable to be invited in to the assessment centre.

Application, interview and testing stage All interviews and assessments are based around a series of competencies and are determined according to the requirements of the role.
