The site is situated in Glasgow, Scotland. It is located towards the Southern perimeter of Glasgow City Centre, at the bottom of Buchanan Street (one of 3 main public & retail axis, the others being Sauchiehall Street and Argyle Street).

The site sits within St. Enoch District which comprises of retail spaces and a public square, and creates a path towards the derelict riverside area, known as the fear zone due to the high crime rate within the area.
