現有新界村屋僭建物的業主，須就2011年6月28日前已建成，並屬首輪取締目標以外 而屋宇署於該日前未有採取執法行動的現存僭建物向屋宇署申報。僭建物申報計劃於 2012年4月1日開始至2012年9月30日止。已申報的僭建物，在首輪取締目標執法階段 期間，除非變得有迫切危險，否則不會被強制即時清拆。所有在指定申報日期屆滿後仍未 向屋宇署申報的僭建物，將當作新建僭建物一樣，屋宇署會優先採取執法行動予以取締。 Owners of the existing unauthorised building works (UBWs) in New Territories village houses (“village houses”) are required to report to the Buildings Department (BD) by submitting information of existing UBWs which are completed before 28 June 2011 and not included in the list of first round enforcement targets and on which no enforcement action has commenced by the BD before 28 June 2011. The Reporting Scheme for UBWs commences on 1 April and ends on 30 September 2012. During the period of enforcement against the first round targets, the BD will not require the immediate removal of the reported UBWs unless they become imminently dangerous. The BD will take priority enforcement action against those UBWs which have not been reported to the BD after the reporting period, as if they were newly constructed.
