UK Government has decided to regulate all the Nicotine Containing Products (NCPs) as medicines to make it safer and effective and reduce its harms. Due to this, MHRA is responsible to regulate the manufacturing, sales, and licensing products like Electronic Cigarettes.

Some figures on Statista holding the world’s statistics suggest that the revenue generated in 2020 from the E-Cigarettes segment in the United Kingdom was reported to be US$3,150.97m in 2020.
