The Phoenix Awards is an internal magazine of the number-one branch out of 88 branches of the
number-one insurance company, Sun Life of Canada Philippines Inc., in the Philippines. It will bank on the company’s battle cry in 2021, “Next Level – Changing Paradigms, Changing Gears,” which means that they need to outperform themselves by changing their strategies to achieve optimal growth.
The glossy publication, which will be distributed to all or most of the Sun Life Client Service Centers nationwide, is spearheaded by their newly appointed Operations Manager Armand Lorenz Estanislao. It features inspiring, positive and uplifting tales from Phoenix Palm’s top performers, led by BM Jayvee himself, whose dynamic leadership compels everyone to be better versions of themselves.
